Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. In the event that you are
not pleased with your purchase from our website, it may be returned
for a full refund.
Our conditions of refund are: the item must be returned to our store
in the same condition as received, we must be notified within five
days of receipt of goods of your intent to return it, item must
be shipped to Litvin Gallery Antiques within ten business days,
and the client is responsible for shipping charges. This refund
policy applies only to those goods purchased online, without first
hand examination in our store.
Delivery / Shipping
The purchase price does not include delivery, packing, insurance
or shipping. We use shipping companies experienced in handling of
antiques. However, we do not endorse nor guarantee their services.
We require that you insure your item(s) while in transit.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, money orders, certified checks and personal checks (with proper
identification and pending bank clearance). Call in payments are
appreciated as well. For orders shipped within Utah please add sales
tax 6.8%. Items can not be released without full payment.
We also offer a lay-away program. Options are 30 – 60 –
90 days with payments split accordingly.
Condition Reports
We do not list full condition reports online. We are pleased to
provide upon request a detailed condition report outlining restorations
or damages.
